Our Band Logo

The A. W. Parker (Drybrook) Band is a Brass Band located in the Forest of Dean, which lies in the county of Gloucestershire in the UK. We are a Second Section contesting band and perform at many concerts and events in the surrounding areas.

The band has risen from the fourth to the second section of contesting since 2011 and following their Second Section Victory in 2015, are now a First Section band as of 2016.

As well as busy contesting programme this year, we have also committed to more entertainment engagements around the local area and continue to support local events in Drybrook and Mitcheldean.

We are members of Brass Bands England and work hard to promote brass banding in our area. We also run the annual 'Bailey Lane End Music Festival' for youth players wishing to compete in a friendly atmosphere.

We hope you find what you are looking for on our site. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
