The A. W. Parker (Drybrook) Band are currently contracted by Ross Town Council with organising the programme of performers, having won the three-year contract for 2021-2023 and again for 2024-2026. The weekly concerts are always very well attended and the Bandstand, located beside the Wye in a wide open space, is an enjoyable place to perform and a firm favourite for many bands.
Planning for Bands In the Park 2025 is now underway and we are seeking availability from interested groups. The council have extended the concert season to seventeen dates, as well as broadening the scope of musical genres.
A programme of bands should be published during February 2025.
